I acknowledge understanding that the charge to my card will show up on my statement as “Amy Caprio Classic”. I acknowledge that the online processing fees and charitable donations are non-refundable.
I also acknowledge that any charitable donations will have 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD for Credit/Debit Card (incl. use with Apple Pay & Google Pay) (excl. American Express) and 3.7% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD for American Express Credit Cards (incl. use with Apple Pay & Google Pay) withheld from the donation to pay credit card and administrative costs.
Amy Caprio Classic Event Registration Refunds are allowed up to 30 days prior to the event for which you are registered. No refunds will be offered after the 30 days prior to the event deadline.
